Naomi D. Montague, LCSW-R, brings more than 34 years of clinical social work experience to her private practice, Compass Rose Health LCSW PLLC in Rochester, New York. She has been licensed in seven states and has served adults, families, and military personnel across a wide range of settings — from community mental health and inpatient programs to private practice and federal service.
Early in her career, Naomi spent 17 years with the New York State Office of Mental Health, holding a range of essential clinical and leadership roles. She later traveled nationally as an itinerant social worker, supporting facilities across the country facing critical staffing needs.
